Safety

Every hunter has been there and done that. It is our duty to continue to keep our clients, team, and partners safe at all times. We will require that every hunter, experienced or not, have the proper licensing, required education (if applicable), and state/federal stamps. We do a basic safety overview and evaluation prior to each hunt. If you are new to hunting, don’t worry! We will ensure you are up to speed with safety prior to departure.

Safety will never be compromised, and we stress this with each hunter as we debrief prior to each outing. No alcohol and/or illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the hunt and/or in person, or you will forfeit your costs to date.

Logistics

It’s simple. We do all the work. All of the staging of decoys and setup and take-down of blinds will be facilitated by our team. Hunters, just be prepared to be safe, stay warm, and shoot.

Parker Cross | Manager

Hey there! My name is Parker Cross I grew up in Arkansas and chasing waterfowl all over the USA and now multiple countries. When I’m not in Texas I’m in Arkansas running my farm and land management business or in Wyoming running a big game outfit. Look forward to hunting with you

Nick Kent | Manager

My name is Nick Kent. I grew up in North West Ohio, hunting since i was able to walk. I’ve hunted all over the US, but the west Texas wind is by far my favorite

Jake Brantley | Lead Guide

My name is Jake Brantley, I am from West Tennessee and have grown up hunting my whole life along side by dad and grandpa and life long friends. I’ve been fortunate enough to chase waterfowl all over the country but for the main part of the season you’ll find me in Texas chasing cranes and lessers. When waterfowl season is over you can find me in the woods chasing turkeys back home. I also help as a YoungLife leader along side my parents in the off season. I’m always ready for that next cold front and a push of birds, come join us on a hunt!

Shelby AKA 'Whup' Brantley | Guide

My name is Shelby Brantley, but just about everybody knows me as Whup. I’m from Jackson, Mississippi. My dad got me started duck hunting when I was about 5 years old, and I’ve been chasing birds ever since. What started as tagging along with him turned into a way of life. I’ve been fortunate enough to guide hunters in southeast Kansas and north Mississippi, learning different styles of waterfowl hunting and making every morning count. From flooded timber to dry field hunts, I enjoy every challenge that comes with chasing waterfowl. Once duck season wraps up, I’m back on the farm in the Mississippi Delta. Spring is mostly spent chasing wild turkeys with a camera, and the rest of the year revolves around farming and getting ready for the next season to start!

Tanner Harmon | Videographer | Guide

What’s up! My name’s Tanner, and I’m from Oxford, Alabama. I’m a first-year guide here at Prairie Bomb, and you’ll probably also see me running around with a camera in my hands!

I’m looking forward to meeting all of you and making sure you have a great time with our crew. Safe travels, and we’ll see you soon!

God bless!

Kaleb Hella | Guide

My name is Kaleb Hella I am beyond blessed to have turned my passions into my job. I grew up hunting and have been a big game and waterfowl hunting guide in New Mexico for 8 years you’ll find me chasing flying or walking critter year around!

Bill Goldman | Guide

My name is Bailey Goldman aka Bill I am twenty-two years old and from Aiken, South Carolina. My passion for waterfowl hunting started when I was nine years old in the swamps of South Carolina. After my first duck hunt, I was hooked. Once I got to high school, I really started to take waterfowl seriously. I was always eager to learn and become a better hunter. I would take trips to Arkansas with my Dad and his friends to hunt pit blinds in the rice fields. After high-school, I got to college and was lucky enough to meet the team at Prairie Bomb through a friend of mine at school. Once I finish my degree I will be working for my family’s construction company in the off season and enjoying the Texas Panhandle and all it has to offer from October through January. My name is Bailey Goldman aka Bill I am twenty-two years old and from Aiken, South Carolina.
